摘要
将苯胺与液体聚硫橡胶置于同一电解液中,进行同步电化学氧化复合,得到了聚硫橡胶质量分数为48%~71%的聚硫橡胶/聚苯胺复合膜。X射线能量散射谱对复合膜厚度方向上聚硫橡胶的分布分析表明,氧化复合初期,复合膜中聚硫橡胶含量逐步增大,随后保持稳定。复合膜的循环伏安分析表明,聚苯胺对聚硫橡胶的氧化还原反应有催化作用。
Thiokol rubber/polyaniline composite films with loading levels of thiokol rubber from 48% to 71%(mass)were prepared by electrochemical polymerization in a solution containing aniline and liquid thiokol.The study of X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer for sulfur element dispersion of film thickness direction pointed out that thiokol rubber content increased step by step at the beginning of polymerization,and then it maintained a level.The cyclic voltammograms for the composite films indicated that polyaniline could enhance the redox process of thiokol rubber
