橡胶硫化曲线变化的数学模型拟合Ⅲ.平坦型的硫化曲线 被引量:6

摘要 用孟山都流变仪测定了三元乙丙橡胶在180,170,160,150,140℃下的硫化曲线。转矩变化呈平坦型。用单分子反应速度方程处理曲线变化,反应级数n的确定用尝试法,其准则为:n精确估计到小数点后2位时,使I=∑∑(P-P)2最小。在试验的温度范围内反应机理相同,测得n=0.75,硫化温度系数为2.47~2.83。用得到的模型计算的转矩变化的理论值与试验值吻合良好。 The vulcanization curves of EPDM were determined by Monsanto rheometer at 180℃,170℃,160℃,150℃ and 140℃.The change of rotative moment P was smooth type.The changes of P could be expressed by the speed equation of monomolecular reaction.Reaction order n was estimated by trial-and-error method. The criterion was to make I =∑∑(P-P)2 minimized when n was obtained accurately the second decimal place.The determined n was 0.75 and vulcanization temperature coefficients are in the range of 2.47~2.83 when the reaction mechanism was same in the temperature range of test.The changes of P calculated by the obtained model were in good agreement with the experimental values.
