The operating of contemporary community is emphasizing prominently the meanning of humannization. The humannization , at the same time ,is to realize the values of human method and goal. The principle of the human-oriented should be implemented in the new times, which is the needs of society ,economics ,politics and the development of community itself .The humannization of community management is embodied fully in the organizational goals, managing functions and operating methods. Taking the people as the foremost is a must for community＇s autonomous management.
