传销违法犯罪活动危害巨大,影响社会的稳定和经济的健康发展,国家予以坚决取缔与打击,但是在打击传销违法犯罪过程中有些行政机关执法人员行政不作为,徇私舞弊包庇纵容传销活动和人员,造成传销的扩张与泛滥,给国家与人民造成巨大的损失。

Multi-level marketing is illegal and criminal activity, it affects the economical healthy development and the society to be stable, so the government bans this activity, but there is some phenomenon of the administrative nonfeasance in the process of attacking multi-level marketing illegal crime, they engage in malpractice for personal gains and tolerate the multi-level marketing activity, these create the expansion of the multi-level marketing and create massive loss for the country and the people.
