摘要
以氯化镁为原料,以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,采用加入氢氧化镁晶种的方法制备氢氧化镁。研究了晶种系数、反应温度、反应时间对料浆过滤性能的影响,并通过正交试验找到了最佳反应条件。对探索氢氧化钠法制备氢氧化镁有一定的参考意义。
With the material of magnesium chloride and sodium hydroxide, Magnesium hygdroxide was produced by adding Magnesium hygdroxide seeds. Studied the effects of seeds ratio. reaction tempera- ture、reaction time on filtration performance of Mg(OH)2 slurry were studied. The best reaction conditions was found out through the perpendicular experiments. This study has some reference meaning for exploring producing methods of Magnesium hygdroxide.
