摘要
以玉米淀粉、正丁醇、十二醇为原料,在浓硫酸与对甲苯磺酸复合催化剂存在下采用转糖苷化法合成了烷基糖苷,研究了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响,确定了较佳制备工艺:淀粉与正丁醇在复合催化剂存在下,按m(淀粉)∶m(正丁醇)∶m(复合催化剂)=1∶2∶0.009,在105°C反应4 h,然后按m(淀粉)∶m(十二醇)=1∶5,在110°C反应2 h,总糖苷得率为145%,经IR对产物结构进行了表征,性能测试表明其表面性能较好。
The alkyl glucoside was synthesized by trans-glycosylation from com starch, butanol and n-dodecanol in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid and p-toluene sulfonic acid. The effects of amount of catalyst, ratio of raw materials,temperature and time on the reaction were studied. First, tom starch reacted with butanol in the presence of compound catalyst with the ratit of m (starch): m (butanol):m (compound catalyst) = 1:2:0. 009 for 4 h. Then, it reacted with n-dodecanol with the ratio of re(starch): m(n-dodecanol) = 1:5 at 110℃ for 2 h. The total yield was 145 %. The product was identified by IR. The surface activity of the alkyl glucoside was good.
