摘要
研究了以茴香脑为原料,用Ce4+/Ce3+作为氧化还原媒质,间接电化学氧化合成茴香醛。用正交实验和单因素实验分别研究了Ce4+氧化茴香脑合成茴香醛的化学氧化过程中各实验条件对产率的影响,并优化出了最佳反应条件:n(Ce4+)∶n(茴香脑)=2∶1,反应温度为30°C,硫酸浓度为0.5 mol/L,苯为溶剂。在优化条件下茴香醛产率达90%。
The indirect electrochemical oxidation of anethole to anisaldehyde with Ce^4+/Ce^3+ as redox mediator was studied. The optimization of anisaldehyde synthesis conditions was Carried out by reviewing the effects of different factors on the yield of anisaldehvde through orthogonal tests and single-factor tests. The optimized result was obtained in 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solution in which the ratio of Ce^4+ to anethole was 2: 1 at the temperature of 30℃ in the presence of benzene. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of anisaldehyde reached 90%.
