摘要
在纠纷解决中的利益妥协——关系合作与利益竞争——关系博弈的两种模式基础上,关系程度不同会在纠纷解决过程的各种因素中基于关系和利益的比较而形成不同的量化结果,具体因素包括了规范选择、程序选择、妥协程度和关系的资源转化等,每一个因素都会量化关系程度,最终形成不同程度的关系与利益的妥协。
Based on the two modes of dispute resolution: benefit compromise ——connection cooperation and benefit competitiveness ——connection game, the different connection degrees will form different quantificational results because of the comparison between connection and benefit of all kinds of factors in the dispute resolution process. The factors include rule choice, procedure choice, compromise degree and conversion of connection resources, et al. Each factor would quantify connection degree and result in compromise between connection and benefit of different degree ultimately.
