摘要
讨论了数字存贮示波器的随机采样原理．给出了测量触发点与下一采样时钟间隔的方法；推导出在不同扫描速度下，用多组采样点重构被测信号波形的公式．
The principle of the random sample for digit save oscilloscope(DSO) is studied. A method of measuring the time between a trigger event of the input signal and next sample clock is developed.A formula that reconstructs signal waveforms from sample data at different sweep speed is given.
