摘要
介绍了粗氩塔和精氩塔的工况调整,分析了精氩塔内波动的原因,最终确认引起精氩塔波动的主要原因是液氮过冷度的影响,进行调整后,达到了稳定的工况。
Operation regulations of primary argon tower and refining argon tower were presented and causes of fluctuation in the refining argon tower were analyzed. It found out that main causes of the fluctuation were effect of degree of supercooling of liquid nitrogen. The operation was stable after regulation.
