摘要
主要阐述了马钢95 t、120 t转炉煤气洗涤污水及污泥处理工艺,包括了原工艺流程及改进后的工艺流程、运行方式、冷却塔污泥处理、水质稳定情况,着重阐述投产初期存在的问题,改进措施及运行效果。
The disposal processes 95 t and 120 t converter gas scrubbing sewage and sludge of Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. were mainly presented, including the former technological process and the improved technological process, running mode, disposal of cooling tower sludge and stability state of water quality. The problems in the initial stage of commissioning, improved measures and running effects were emphatically presented.
