摘要
为了实现煤气加压过程中,更好的调节煤气压力,韶钢某煤气加压站以PLC+软启动的方案设计了一个煤气加压站控制系统。设计了完善的上位机的监控系统,使整个系统运行安全可靠,维护方便快捷。
To well regulate gas pressure during gas pressuring, a gas pressuring station of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. designed a control system for gas pressuring station by PLC＋soft starting scheme. The gas pressuring station designed perfect monitor system for upstream machine so that the whole system ran safely and reliably and maintenance of the system was easy.
