摘要
在中国—东盟架构下,中国西南地区外语人才需求有新特点。按照语言教育的特殊规律,中国西南地区外语教育实施品牌战略具有明显的独特优势,品牌经营有很好的前景。但是,要实施品牌战略,需要克服现行外语教育制度的障碍,需要实行以自愿学习外语为基础的外语选修制度。
Under the China- ASEAN framework, the demand for foreign language learners in Southwest China has taken on a new trend. Considering the special regularities of foreign language education, Southwest China enjoys promising edges in the practice of a brand strategy, clearance of barriers in the present foreign language Meanwhile, the success of the strategy depends heavily on the education system and requires the setup of an optional curriculum in which the learners are willing to study foreign languages .
