证实了若Ｍ是正则类，且含有一个非零幂零环，则下列各项等价；ⅠｕＭ是遗传根；ⅡＭｅｓ（ｕ（Ｍ））；ⅢｕＭ＝ｕ（Ｍｅ）；ⅣｕＭ关于Ｍｅ有交性质；

In this paper,under the condition that M is a regular class containing some nilpotent rings,we give some sufficent and necessary conditions about hereditary property of upper radicals of regular classes.
