摘要
介绍了气泡雾化技术油枪的工作原理,对比分析了传统的机械雾化油枪及气泡雾化油枪的雾化机理及性能。结合420 t/h锅炉油枪改造情况,阐述了油枪改造后对升温升压的影响及改造后的实际使用效果,对目前煤价上涨引起成本较高燃煤机组,该节能技术值得借鉴。
The operation principle of oil gun using bubble atomization technology is presented. Comparison between traditional mechanical atomized oil gun and bubble atomized oil gun is also performed with respect to their mechanism and performance. Combined with modifications to 420 t/h boiler oil gun, this paper focuses on its influence on pressure and temperature increase and actual benifit. This energy-saving technology can be used in high cost coalfired power plant due to increase of the coal price.
