摘要
研究了低碱度钢渣的矿物组成、岩相特征与含镁RO相的膨胀。结果表明,平炉钢渣、电炉氧化钢渣具有低碱度、低f-CaO和富镁富铁的特征,低碱度钢渣分别以硅酸二钙、镁蔷微辉石和钙镁橄榄石为主导矿物。低碱度钢渣中不仅其MgO具有RO相的结构特征,高温高压下不具有膨胀;而且低碱度钢渣同时不产生沸煮膨胀,因而不需经预处理就可予以利用。
The problems dealing with mineral constitutes、petrographics and expansion of steel slags with lower alkali basicity have been researched.It has been reported that steel slags of open hearth or electronic furnace oxide are characteristic of lower alkali basicity、lower F-CaO and richer Mg and Fe,whose minerals are predominant over C 2S,merwinite and monticellite respectively.The Phase RO does not give any autoclave expansion at much higher temperature,and the expansion for boiling test also can′t be produced.
