讨论一般的平面自治系统的解的有界性与周期解的存在性，得到了含有多个奇点的（１）的解的正向有界充要条件和存在周期解的充分条件，推广和改进了有关的结果。

This papar discusses the boundedness of solutions and the existence of periodic solutions for general autonomous planar system with a finite number of singular points.Some sufficient and necessary conditions for all solutions of the system to be bounded for t≥o and some sufficient conditions for the existence of a nonzero periodic solution of the system under given conditions are obtained.The related results are extended and improved.
