摘要
首先在市域物流配送网络规划概念与工程必要性的基础上,建立了考虑原有基础设施的最小成本模型,接着对模型中的参数进行了贴近实际的标定,然后采用制约函数法对所建模型进行求解,最后采用德尔菲法和基于灰加权关联度的层次分析法对模型结果分别进行一次、二次评估修正,得到最优规划方案。
In terms of the concept of distribution network planning of urban logistics and the project necessity, the paper establishes a minimum cost model, which takes the existing infrastructure into con- sideration, and provides the arithmetic which is pertinent with the model. By use of the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process, the authors of the paper evaluate and modify the results calculated from the model, and get an optimal plan.
