两次全国调查不同范围华支睾吸虫感染变化情况分析

Analysis on the prevalence of Clonorchis sinensis in different scope between the two national surveys

目的探讨适于衡量两次全国调查人体华支睾吸虫感染变化程度的统计范围。方法以广西不同范围调查数据为例,将前后两次全国调查均被列为调查对象的县、市称"同调县",计算所有同调县两次调查华支睾吸虫感染率,求出前后变化程度;将不同调查区域(范围)的感染率变化情况与同调县作比较,分析同调县数据的合理性。结果广西14个同调县前后两次调查各查36304人及21644人,第二次调查的感染率(5.16%)比首次调查(1.63%)上升了2.17倍。用其余4个不同调查范围的数据与首次调查比较,感染率分别上升了7.13、3.32、2.09和1.42倍,但各自存在不同程度的缺陷。结论同调县数据可比性强,可用于两次全国调查华支睾吸虫人体感染变化情况的分析。

Objective To explore appropriate scope for analysis to compare the prevalence of Clonorchis sinensis between the two national surveys. Methods The data in Guangxi province were used as a sample to analyze. The counties or cities which were enlisted in the two surveys were considered as “Co-surveyed counties”. The change patterns of prevalence were estimated by comparing the results within the “Co-surveyed counties” or in different surveyed areas. Results 36 304 and 21 644 persons in 14 “Co- surveyed counties” were examined in the first and second national survey, respectively. The prevalence increased 2.17 multiples with 1.63% in the first and 5.16% in the second. The infection rate increased 7.13, 3.32, 2.09 and 1.42 times using other 4 ways to compare with that in the first survey, but they all had deficiency to some extent. Conclusion It was more reasonable to compare the results of Clonorchis sinensis infection between two national surveys with “Co-surveyed counties” for its high comparability.
