摘要
文章依据辽宁省集体林权制度改革工作的经验,浅析了集体林权制度改革中需要坚持的一些原则,以及集体林权制度改革所带来的效果。
Based on the experience in reforming collective forest property right system in Liaoning Province, the principles and effect of reforming collective forest property system were discussed.
