摘要
钛合金热保护涂层,主要功能是防止钛合金在加热或热加工过程中的严重氧化.但是在热加工结束后,涂层的去除十分困难,如果能够在不影响保护效果的前题下,使涂层在热加工结束后自动剥离.这将给生产带来极大的方便.讨论由玻璃和粘土组成的不同涂层配方,经过试验和计算,找出构成涂层的二个组份—玻璃及粘土,在涂层使用过程中的不同作用.认为,在加热及热加工阶段,玻璃发挥主要作用,而在加工后的冷却剥离阶段。
Prevention coat for Ti-alloys hot working has the effect on preventing Ti-alloys surface from seious oxidation during heating or hot working. However,it is very difficulty to remove the coat after hot working. If the coat has no influence on prevention effect and can self-peel off after working,it will make industrial production much more convenint. The coats with the different percentages of glass and clay are studied experimentally and calculated theoretically. The mechanism of glass and clay is found out in the process of using this kind of coat. In the stage of heating and hot working,the glass plays a main role and in the stage of cold peeling of finishing working,the clay does.
