摘要
目的:每日两次注射预混胰岛素30R与胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病患者高血糖的疗效比较。方法:将35例初诊的2型糖尿病患者随机分为每日两次注射预混胰岛素30R与胰岛素泵治疗组,观察两组血糖达标所需时间和胰岛素所用剂量。结果:胰岛素泵治疗组使血糖达标时间及所用剂量短于/少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵为患者提供良好的治疗方式。
Objective：To compare the efficacy of twice-daily biphasic human insulin30 （BHI30） or insulin CSII in type 2 diabetes. Methods ：The 35 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into twice - daily BHI30 group and insulin CSII group. The control time of blood glucose and the dosage d insulin were observed. Results： The control time of blood glucose and the dosage of insulin were lower in insulin CSII than those in twice- daily BHI30 group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion ：The insulin CSII can provide a better way for diabetic treatment.
