Operation selection for upper eyelid relaxation in middle ages and old patients

目的:回顾总结2002年以来中老年上睑松弛病例治疗经验。方法:根据松弛程度不同和求美者要求不同,分别采用重睑整形、眉周部分组织切除及额、颞部悬吊术整形等方式。结论:要得到个性化美容效果,需根据松弛类型选择不同术式。

Objective：To sum up treatment experience by retrospective analysis of middle ages and old patients with upper eyelid relaxation cured in our dapartment from the year 2002. Methods tAccording to different degree of relaxation and desire of each beauty seeker, double eyelid forming, partial resection of perieyebrowtissue or frontotemple suspension were selected. Conclusion： Operation selection should be based on different relaxation types so as to get individual cosmetic effects.
