摘要
为掌握磁流变液材料的性能,特开发了实验台。主要介绍了基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的磁流变振动实验台测控系统的构成,阐述了测控系统的工作过程以及采集卡的选择。研究结果表明,采用LabVIEW虚拟仪器使现代测控系统的构建变得更简单、方便,并为进行磁流变阻尼器相关研究提供了很好的平台。
In order to grasp the materials performance of magnetorheological fluids, the test platform was developed. Cconfiguration of magnetorheological oscillating platform was presented. The whole working process of measurement and controlling system was described, and also the choice of data acquisition card was expounded. The results of research show that the construction of modern measurement :rod controlling system is more simpe and more convenient by using LabVIEW, and it provides good platform for further rescarches about MR damper.
