摘要 由于合环开关两侧母线电压存在电压幅值、相位差等原因,使合环操作中产生过大环流,引起过流保护或速断保护误动。以杭州某10 kV配网的合环操作为例,利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件搭建系统仿真模型。通过仿真准确模拟合环时刻系统的运行状态,观察合环电流的大小变化以决定合环是否操作;同时还分析了影响合环电流大小的因素,探索了几种减小合环电流的方法措施,得出的结论对配电系统的实际合环操作具有参考意义。 For the difference of bus voltage, the closing loop operation of distribution network will generate large loop current and impact current, which would affects the safety. A model of hangzhou (local) distribution network was set up to analyze closing loop operation, by using of simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC. The system status was simulated by model after closing loop operation, the suggestion weather closing loop or not according to the loop current were given. Also, some measures were put forward to reduce the loop current according to simulation, which should give reference to the closing loop operation.
