对高职院校学风建设的思考

On the Construction of Style of Study in Higher Vocational College

优良学风是学校育人的"软"环境,对人才培养具有潜移默化、润物无声的重要作用。简要分析当前影响高职院校学风建设的主要因素,针对高职教育的人才培养目标和培养模式及育人环境,提出建设优良学风的多项措施。

Good style of study provides the college a ＂soft＂ educational circumstances,which plays a very important role in the cultivation of the students. This essay displays the main reasons that affect the construction of the study style recently in college. Some measures, are suggested for the construction of good styles of study for the purpose, model and circumstances of student education.
