摘要
职场环境深刻影响着人才的培养,人才培养需要营造职场环境。高职院校既是学生获取知识的地方,也是学生涉世的一个重要环境,只有努力营造职场环境,才能培养出与企业用人需求相适应的人才。高职院校需要转变观念,采取措施,努力营造人才培养的职场环境。
College is the undivided part of the society and so its air. Besides, it is the place where students acquire knowledge and touch with the society. For this meaning, the college should provide students with professional air and make the talent nurture match with the demand in company.
