摘要
支架材料是组织工程角膜的土壤,土壤微环境的好坏(即支架材料的选择)直接关系到组织工程角膜的构建及其应用。选择具有更高生物活性、透明性、机械强度等特点的支架材料是组织工程角膜研究的热点,本文就支架材料的研究现状做一综述。
A scaffold structure is the basic requirement for constructing a tissue-engineered cornea. The construction and application of a tissue-engineered cornea is determined by the properties of the carrier. Although all areas of tissue-engineering corneal research are important, the carrier is the primary focus. The goal is to choose cartier materials with more bioactivity, more transparency, and better mechanical strength properties. This article reviews our experience in the modification of scaffold materials and the creation of new scaffold materials.
