摘要
用X射线荧光法,以病例一一对照1:1配对对智力超常儿童及对照儿童的发样,进行Ca、Mn、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mg、As、Ph、Cd、Co、Mo、Ge和Se等十五种微量和宏量元素检测。结果显示:单因素统计处理,智力超常儿童Ca、Zn和Ni多元素含量显著或非常显著地高于对照组儿童(P<0.05或P<0.01),而As发样含量服显著低于对照组;经逐步相关回归分析,元素Zn与As被引入方程,提示儿童营养膳食在均衡的基础上加强富含Zn、Se元素含量的指导将更有利于促进儿童智力的发育。
Fifteen trace and macro elements in hair of the high IQ and the normal IQ children group(the ratio 1: 1) have been anaIyzed by X-ray fluorescence method. The results showed thatCa, Zn and Ni in the hair of high IQ children group were much higher than those of normalchildren group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01 ), whereas, As in high IQ group was lower than that innormal group, Stepwise regression analysls showed that intake of the food riched in Zn andSe based on balance of nutrients could improve the intelligence development of children.
