摘要
探讨了采用不同的预处理方法对中草药中微量元素含量测定结果的影响。结果表明，湿式消化法优于干式灰化法，所测中草药中锌、铜、锰、铁、铅和镉的数值较高．这可能与湿式消化法处理样品时，元素被挥发、损耗和吸附较少有关。
The effects of different sample pretreatment rnethods on the deterTnination of trace elements in traditional Chinese herbs were discussed. The results .ho.ed that hydrodigestionwas better than drydigestion. When using hydrodigestion, the content of Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Pb,Cd in Chinese herbs was higher, it was related to decreasings of the loss,volatility and absorption of trace elements.
