摘要
用发射光谱、吸收光谱和电垃法，对党参中微量元素进行定性定量分析，并通过数理统计方法对实验数据作F、r、Q检验及变异系数、可信度的计算、方法得当。对中药配伍提供了参考。
The content of trace e1ements in Codonopsis pilosula Hannf was determined by emissionspectrometry, absorption spectrometry and potentiometry. Throngh mathematical statistics,F,r,Q and coefficient of variation and confidence limit were calculated. The method is considered reliable.
