摘要
为了可靠地控制微小电流密度,在电解研磨复合加工中采用脉冲电流替代直流电,提出了在该复合加工中应用脉冲电流的一个新观点,即“脉冲电流可以调整该复合加工的电解与研磨两个作用的相对参与时间”。实验结果表明,脉冲电流有助于进行微量电解蚀除,便于获得镜面或准镜面。
In order to control low current density steadily, a DC is replaced by a pulse current for Electrolytic - Abrasive Machining(EAM). In this paper, a fresh viewpoint for the reasonable use of pulse current in EAM is first advanced, i.e. pulse current is able to regulate the relative participating time between electrolytic and abrasive actions. The experiment results show that the pulse current is conducive to paucity of metal removal, and mirror or quasi - mirror finish can be achieved conveniently.
