摘要
通过时空位尺寸级差法实质的分析,给出了空位尺寸级差的计算方法及公式,该方法可以保证机械加工产品的装配精度,并能提高产品的经济性。
In this paper, a kind of approximation graphic method is introduced throughwhich intuitive edge shape can be obtained. Though analysing geometric graphics, the con-cept of ring band width is put forward, on the basis of which edge shape of willing cutter issolved using Lagrange theorem and matrice equations. The method is proved to be availasbleand can be used to design form milling cutters edge shape. It shows advantage superior tothe space engagement method in design of form milling cutters milling Archimedean worm gearhobs spiral face.
