摘要
通过对双端开关电源输出端不同整流方式功耗的理论计算,详细分析了在采用功率MCSFET实现整流输出的同步整流技术中,同事整流器的驱动方式对电源效率的影响;指出采用控制驱动的方式可以比自驱动方式获得更高的效率。
Through theoretical calculating of power loss of different rectifier of two - endsswitch - mode supply, the influences of synchronous rectifier driving method on power supplyefficiency are analysed in this paper. It is proposed that higher efficiency may be obtained byusing control - driven synchronous rectifier than by using self-driven one,
