关节积脂血征的多层螺旋CT诊断价值 被引量：4

Value of MSCT in the diagnosis of lipohemathrosis

摘要 关节积脂血征（Lipohemarthrosis）多继发于关节内骨折．可发生于任何关节，以膝关节最为常见。X线平片可诊断关节积脂血征，但显示率较低，多层螺旋CT（MSCT）密度分辨率较高，且可进行多种重建，对诊断关节积脂血征及关节内骨折具有重要价值。本文回顾性分析54例（61侧）关节积脂血征患者的资料，对其MSCT表现进行分析，希望借此提高对关节积脂血征的认识。
