摘要
采用时截有限差分(FDTD)方法,对嵌于单片微波集成电路(MMIC)表面的矩形辐射贴片进行了全波三维电磁分析,并在时域分析的数值结果基础上,给出了线馈型矩形辐射贴片的5参数和天线阻抗.理论分析的结果与实验数据有较好的一致性,从而证明,FDTD方法是分析和模拟微带贴片天线电磁特性的一种简便有效的方法。
In this paper, the electromagnetic characteristics of a line - fed rectangular patch microstrip antenna is analyzed directly using the three - dimensional finite - difference time - domain (FDTD) method . With the time domain results , the S parameter and impedancecharacterisitics of the rectangular microstrip patch antenna are calculated . The results show goodcoorespondence with measurements . This method is proved to be an efficient tool for modelingmicrostrip patch antennas .
