Research of Regional Environment of Developing High and New Technique Industrial Development Zone of Our Country

运用系统分析的方法，从环境对高新技术产业开发区发展的重要性Ａ手，对高新技术产业开发区发展环境的形成进行了系统研究；并在分析我国高新技术产业开发区发展环境现状的基础上，针对存在的主要问题提出了相应的改善措施。

In this paper, with the method of system analysis, the importance of evironment of developing high and new technique industrial development zone is first analysed, then the form of effective regional environment is studied systematically, and based on the pres- ent situation of environment of developing high and new technique industrial development zone of our country, the measure of improving environment is put forward.
