摘要
针对半导体致冷器热端的散热,介绍了一种矩形虹吸管回路中单相液体(丙酮)自然循环传热的数值计算和实验研究结果。结果表明,对不同散热量(≤30W)、不同管材(铝、玻璃)、不同加热段高度的条件下,回路管壁壁温的计算值与实验值吻合得很好。
The paper gives the results of numerial calculation and experimental research of sin- gle-phase liquid (acetone) natural circulation in one kind of rectangular thermosipbon loop These results can mainly be used as heat rejection of semi conductor refrigeration device and other electronic devices. The loop wall temperature calculation values coincide with experi- mental results very well under the conditions of various heat rejection quantities , various tube ma- terials (aluminium, glass) and various heating section heights.
