摘要
目的探讨一新的可能的抑癌基因——富含亮氨酸重复序列和免疫球蛋白样多肽1(LRIG1)在脑膜瘤中的表达和其与脑膜瘤病理学分级及生物学行为的关系。方法收集我科2005年8月~2006年8月共98例脑膜瘤病例资料及石蜡标本,行LRIG1、内皮因子受体(EGFR)和Ki67免疫组化染色,分析LRIG1、EGFR和Ki67蛋白表达与脑膜瘤病理学分级及侵袭性的关系。结果①LRIG1表达强度在不同级别、不同亚型、不同侵袭性表现的脑膜瘤中,无显著差异(P>0.05)。②EGFR与Ki67表达强度则随脑膜瘤级别的增高而增高(P<0.05),而在侵袭性及非侵袭性脑膜瘤中的表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论①LRIG1可能并未参加脑膜瘤的恶性进展或在其侵袭性行为中发挥效应。②EGFR信号系统的异常可能参与了脑膜瘤的恶性发展。
Objective To explore the expression of a new possible anti-oncogene LRIG1 in meningiomas,and its relationship with pathologcal grades and biological behavior of meningiomas. Method The expressions of LRIG1,epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Ki67 were detected by the immunohistochemical technique in the 98 cases of meningiomas removed by surgery in our hospital from August,2005 to August,2006. The relationship of the expressions of LRIG1,EGFR and Ki67 with the pathologcal grades and invasive behavior of meingiomas was analyzed. Results There was insignificant difference in the expression of LRIG1 among the meingiomas of different grades and different biological behavior (P〉0.05). The expression intensity of EGFR significantly increases along with an increase in the grades of meningiomas (P〈0.01). The expression intensity of EGFR was positively related with the expression of Ki67. Conclusions It is suggested that there was not the effect of LRIG1 on the malignant development and invasive behavior of meningiomas. Perhaps the abnormality of EGFR signal system takes part in the malignant development of meningiomas.
