摘要
目的:研究天南星中的挥发性成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取天南星(Arisaema erubescens (Wall.) Schott)挥发油,用GC-MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:鉴定出52个化学成分,其中相对百分含量大于2%的分别确定为间位甲酚(m-Cresol)5.31%,芫妥醇(Linalool L)3.69%,2,2’-次甲基呋喃(Furan,2,2’-Methylenebis)2.8%,2-糠基-5-甲基呋喃(2-Furfuryl-5-Methylfuran)2.52%,苯乙烯(Styrene)2.48%,2-烯丙基呋喃(Furan,2-(2-propenyl))2.15%,2-呋喃甲醇乙酸酯(2-Furanmethanol,acetate)2.12%。结论:52个挥发性成分均为首次从该植物中得到。
To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Arisaema erubescens( Wall. ) Schott. Method: The chemical compositions of the volatile oil of the plants which were obtained by steam distillastion with hexane were analyzed by GC - MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated froth the GC peak areas. Result: Seventy five kinds of chemical constituents in Arisaema erubescens ( Wall. ) Schott were separated; of which fifty- two compounds representing 56.11% of the oil were characterized. Relative contents that were more than 2% were determined as m - Cresol 5.31 %, Linalool L 3.69%, Furan,2,2' - Methylenebis 2.8%, 2 - Furfuryl - 5 - Methylfuran 2.52%, Styrene 2.48 %, Furan, 2 - ( 2 - propenyl ) 2.15 %, 2 - Furanmethanol, acetate 2.12%. Conclusion: This paper reported, for the first time, the composition of volatile oils of Radix morindae officinalis by GC/MS.
