摘要 目的探讨头部控制能力对身体平衡的影响。方法对25名健康年轻人(21-23岁),测试其站立于平衡板上,在佩带围领前后的侧方平衡极限最大角度,对两组数据进行比较分析。结果25名受试者佩带围领前的左侧极限角度为(11.80±5.86)°,右侧极限角度为(12.00±7.18)°,佩带围领后分别为(11.48±5.57)°和(11.60±7.23)°,佩带围领前后的差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。结论颈前庭反射对正常人身体立位平衡维持不起主要作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of the head control on the body balance in normal subjects. Methods 25 normal young adults (21-23 years old) stood on the balance board, and the lateral balance limit angles were tested when girded with or without Philadelphia collar. The data were analyzed. Results When girded with collar, the lateral balance limit angles of 25 subjects were 11.80°±5.86° (left) and 12.00°±7.18°(right) ; when without collar, those were 11.48°±5.57°(left) and 11.60°±7.23° (right). The angles were not significantly different when with or without collar ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The neck-vestibular reflect does not play an important role during human keep their body balance.
