摘要 目的:定量检测不同厂家、规格输液中不溶性微粒的数量,调研静脉药物输液在不同条件下配置所产生的微粒变化情况。方法:按中国药典采用光阻法对输液及在不同环境下配置的复配液进行微粒测定。结果:不同规格输液微粒存在显著性差异,在洁净环境下复配的药物微粒数较病房配置的明显减少。结论:注射剂及大容量输液的质量、后期复配的环境、操作都是决定输液中微粒的重要因素。 Objective:To investigate the particles in different transfusions from different producer and observe the difference of insoluble particles produced in different conditions.Methods:The light blockage method was used to record the count of particulate matters of the transfusions reconstituted in different environments.Results:The significant difference of transfusions from different producer was observed. The particulate matter count of the intravenous admixture prepared in different conditions.Conclusion:The quality of the injections and high volume transfusions, the reconstituting environments are key factors for the count of particulate matter in the intravenous admixture.
