一氧化氮供体SNAP对大肠杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌体外生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨NO供体亚硝基铁氢化钠(SNAP)对大肠杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:大肠杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌二种常见呼吸道致病菌,在SNAP浓度分别为0.5 mmol/L、1 mmol/L、10 mmol/L、25 mmol/L、50 mmol/L,5个浓度下,于37℃培养箱培养。结果:所有SNAP浓度组均对表皮葡萄球菌有抑制作用,只有50 mmol/L对大肠杆菌有抑制作用。结论:①NO供体SNAP在酸化条件下释放NO;②对表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌具有抑制作用,其抑菌作用呈浓度依赖性。 Objective:To investigate the bacteriostatic effect of NO donor SNAP on colibacillus and staphylococcus epidermidis growth in vitro. Methods: colibacillus and staphylococcus epidermidis were cultured in SNAP with concentrations of 0.5 mmol/L, 1 mmol/L, 10 mmol/L, 25 mmol/L and 50 mmol/L,and were placed in cabinet with 37 ℃ and 45% -60% humidity for 5 houres. Results: SNAP with different concentrations had the effect of bacteriostasis on Staphylococcus epidermidis, SNAP had no bacteriostatic effect on colibacillary. Conelusions.(1)NO donor-SNAP could release NO on the condition of acidification. (2)NO donor-SNAP has bacteriostasis effect on staphylococcus epidermidis and colibacillary. However, the bacteriostasis effect of NO donor-SNAP is concentration dependent.
