突触改变与学习记忆功能障碍 被引量:1

摘要 学习记忆功能是脑的一项高级神经功能,一旦受损,会严重影响患者参与家庭与社会生活的能力。学习记忆功能障碍的发病机制有很多,近年来的研究表明,突触的结构和功能上的改变是导致学习记忆功能障碍的重要发病基础之一,笔者从突触改变角度综述了关于学习记忆功能障碍的研究进展。
