摘要
小麦D2型细胞质与特定的核结合,在长光照条件下(≥15小时),表现为雄蕊雌化。对这一不育机制的研究,本文从形态学、组织学和分子生物学等方面进行了综述。为使光敏细胞质雄性不育成功的应用于杂交小麦育种。
The combination of D 2 type cytoplasm and certain nucleus can cause pistillody of stamens under a long-day condition (≥15 hours). This paper, which discussed the morphology、histology and molecular biology of male sterility, provided reference materials on the development of PCMS wheat with a view to promoting the utilities of PCMS in the crossbreeding of wheat.
