摘要
通过测定引种的八种草坪植物越冬存活率以及叶和越冬器官(根、根茎及分蘖节)质膜透性的变化、可溶性糖积累量、脯氨酸积累量等指标,得出:可溶性糖积累量是比较越冬器官抗寒性的有效生理生化指标,质膜透性的变化是比较叶器官抗寒性的有效生理生化指标;对八种引种草坪植物叶片进行过氧化物同工酶分析,得出过氧化物同工酶区带条数只能在一定程度上反映草坪植物抗寒性的大小。
By measuring the survival rate of overwintering of eight introduced turf grasses and the relative cell membrance permeability, the accumulated contents of soluble sugar and proline of leaves and overwintering organs of the eight turf grasses, the paper found that the accumulated content of soluble sugar is a valuable physiochemical index of comparing the cold resistence of overwintering organs of turf grasses. The relative cell membrance permeability is a valuable index of comparing the cold resistence of leaves of turf grasses. By analyzing the peroxidase isozyme of leaves of the eight introduced turf grasses, we thought that the number of peroxidase isozyme bands can partly indicate the cold resistence of turf grasses. It can only be used as a reference of comparing the cold resistence of plants.
