致倦库蚊酯酶活力滤纸法测定技术

A Filter Determination Technique to C.fatigans Esterase Vitality

探讨致倦库蚊酯酶活力，以确定其对敌百虫的抗性。方法：采用酯酶滤纸测定法。结果：实验室驯化的致倦库蚊酯酶活力明显低于野外采集的致倦库蚊；酯酶活力与光电比色法酯酶活力结果相吻合；对敌百虫抗性与酯酶活力高低同幼虫浸渍法的半数致死浓度（LC50）相吻合。结论：该方法操作简单，快速易行，是现场蚊虫酯酶活性调查极为实用的方法。

The esterase filter method was used to determme the estcrase vitality of field and laboratory domestical C. fatigans. Thc rcsult showed that the esterase vitality of the laboratory domcstical C. fatigans was obviously lower than that of field oncs; the esterase vitallty were identical with both filter method and photoelectric-colorimeter; the anti-diptcrex and esterase vitality high or low were identical with 50 % lethal concentration of larva soak method. The operation of this method was of simplicity and high-speed, and it is a practical method to determine moscluito esterase vitality in scene.
