摘要 目的:通过对光强值的测量了解武汉市口腔科临床光固化机的使用和保养状况,为临床光固化机在临床的使用提供指导依据。方法:调查武汉市5家大型医院口腔科及1所专科口腔医院中的光固化机品牌、光强值、医生使用满意程度、机器保养情况。结果:操作人员满意程度为95.6%。19.3%的光固化机使用塑料薄膜包裹光导棒头,其余使用擦拭消毒。光导棒的破损污染率为8.75%。光强值≤150mw/cm2的光固化机37.5%,≥300mw/cm2的光固化机有53.1%,介于150~300mw/cm2之间的光固化机有9.4%。结论:光输出强度合格率为53.1%,不合格率为37.5%;日常保养不足,部件更换率较低;医生使用满意程度与测量值合格率不相关。需要定期测量监控;治疗台自带光固化机光强输出值合格率较高。 Objective: To investigate the use and maintenance of light cure units in the dental clinic in Wuhan by measuring the power outputs. Methods: We use light meter to measure the power outputs, investigate the user about the maintenance and use of light cure units. Results: 95.6% of the user were satisfied with the LCUS ; 19.3% of the LCUS were isolated with plastic film while the others were disinfected with wiping; the damage rate of the light guide was 8.75% ; power output 37.5% 150 mw/cm^2 was less than LCUS≥300 mw/cm^2 was 53.1% , 9.4% of the LCUS was between 150 -300 mw/cm^2. Conclusion: The power output of 53.1% LCUS were acceptable, while 37.5% were unacceptable. The satisfaction rate of the users was disagree with the acceptable rate of the power output of LCUS. The power output of the chair equipped LCUS has a higher acceptable rate.
