On the basis of the popularity of jurisdictional technology, how to apply the law of experience has become a totally new task. Limited by jurisdictional technology, the law of experience will be clearly opened to the justice for the public by means of discretional evaluation of evidence and probability evaluation of efficiency in modern jurisdiction.
