摘要
探讨了高磷含量细旦多孔阻燃涤纶POY的生产工艺,假捻变形的加工过程以及产品阻燃性能等。结果表明,采用合理结晶干燥工艺和方法,双道上油,优化纺丝、假捻各工艺条件,能生产出染色均匀,外观及质量优良,使用性能好的高磷含量涤纶长丝产品。
After the study of the production of fine denier,multiple and flame retardant POY with high phosphorus content and false twist textured process and the products flame retardant characteristics, we come to the conclusion that by taking the appropriate crystallization drying process and method, adopting dual application of spin finish and optimizing the spinning and false twist textured process, we will be able to produce high quality fine denier, multiple and flame retardant Filaments with high phosphorus content, good dying uniformity and good appearance.
